Terms and Conditions
To qualify for this package patients must travel from Tuesday to Tuesday, Wednesday to Wednesday or Thursday to Thursday (7 night stay) during May and June 2014.
This package is for all new bookings made after 25/04/14 and is open to existing and new patients.
This package cannot be used with any other offer.
*Conditions for for Flight Ticket reimbursement
If you decide to commence your treatment within 6 months of having your Consultation, your Flight Ticket from your initial consultation visit will be reimbursed as follows;
• A total Treatment Plan value of more than £1500; your Flight Ticket will be reimbursed up to a maximum value of £150
