I'd read, I'd talked, I've attended dentists for the past 50 years - you know the experience - waiting rooms stuffed with outdated magazines, that particular smell, the mouth poking with little silver mirrors and metal probes.... and me rigid on the chair, constantly reminded to open my mouth, I knew what to expect - I thought!!! so how can I describe my experience at Kreativ Dental - words will not do it justice.
First a huge THANK YOU to Mary Flanagan, for how easy you made the whole trip and the above and beyond the call of duty care, it eased my mind and steadied my nerves.
To the staff at the clinic, I am in awe - everything flowed and nothing was any bother, no question too stupid, no thinking time too long - they worked with me plan after plan 'til we found the one that best matched my dental need with my time and my pocket.
But the place itself!!! the equipment, the attention to detail, the personableness of the staff, the knowledge and expertise of the dentists, hygienists, surgeons has really left me speechless. And not just from my own contact but from the stories shared over breakfast, dinner, coffee/drinks at the Amadeus Hotel (a five minute walk away) - stories from Irish, Scottish, Norwegians, Danish, Italians...
people so happy just to be smiling again.
How simple, how beautiful is that?
I look forward to coming back.
